All of these are ideal ways to get through your stress as they will have you feeling better and healthier about your whole life. If stress becomes too much, you should get professional help before it gets too bad. If you leave it, the hair loss could become too extreme for it to recover and then you will be left feeling shattered and your confidence would have gone. Your doctor will help you deal with the factors that are causing the stress in the first place.
