Class Action Lawsuit Looks To Capitalize On Propecia Side Effects

A national law firm is looking to bring a class-action suit against Propecia for causing men depression in addition to sexual side effects. Usually with these types of lawsuits the lawyers are the ones who end up making all the money. However, they do have a point.

Some side effects sufferers have claimed that Propecia left them with “zombie like” side effects. A sort of a brain fog that makes sufferers unable to think clearly or get out of a depressive state.

They quote a recent study published online this week as proof that the hair loss drug causes depression. In one case it caused a young man to commit suicide and they could use that to start off this class-action lawsuit against Merck.

If you happen to suffer from depression caused by Propecia and you should probably avoid getting involved in any class-action suit like this. You would probably end up with six or seven bucks while the lawyers end up with 200 million or so.

It’s not worth your time really. You might think it’s a good idea to make them pay for what they did, but the only ones that really benefit are the lawyers. A class-action lawsuit only works to make you money if there is only a small number of people in the suit.
