I have a problem with my hair. i really dont know what to do everyday i am losing more than 20 hairs . i am thinking before because of to much stress, i take a rest relaxed myself physically and mentally for over a years but up to now still its falling everyday. i already stop using shampoo and conditioner unfortunately nothing happened.my hair was long but very thin and i notice that nothing is growing . please help and give advice what is the best thing i will do.How to cure my losing hairs.Thank you very much . i am looking forward to your response with my problem.

Assalam o Alikum,
I m losing my hairs rapidly from 2 yrs, now i m 23. And the situation is getting worse. Earlier i had very silky and shiny hairs but than they begin to fall. Although none of my brother got the same problem they have quit good and thick hair.
Is their any cure for this problem ? I am looking forward to ur advice.

im 26 year old guy..last time my hair very healty even im not care abt my hair..but i can realize my hair fall alot pas few month..my hair bcum very teen..i travel alot using helmet..
