Ingredients

Heradone is another oral and topical treatment combination.

Heradone depends on Saw Palmetto for DHT blocking. Saw Palmetto works to block DHT by blocking 5-alpha-reductase.

It also includes Kelp. Kelp provides the body with several different minerals that the body needs to maintain healthy hair. It contains Iron, iodine, sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium.

Kelp also provides Vitamins A, B1, B2, E, C, D. Valerian root is often used to treat insomnia. It helps calm you and significantly reduces stress.

Side Effects and drug interactions

Saw Palmetto sometimes causes people to feel tired in the late afternoon. In rare cases it makes urinating difficult. You shouldn't take Heradone if you are taking any blood pressure medications.

Heradone can't be used with barbiturates or antiepileptic medications because of Valerian Root.

In rare cases, kelp causes hyperthyroidism.

What turns me off...

I actually like the formula. It provides DHT blocking, vitamins, minerals and a herb to help you relax. I just think the price will turn some people off.
